Maths

One of Ken's school goals for this semester is to master division with the divisor in the double digits. To help her meet her goal I put together a booklet of Long Division work that is themed. She will(fingers crossed) be mastering her division skills while starting and operating a Movie theatre. You can find this work  here.

The stamp game came into play while she was working on a problem. I am pleased that she made division one of her academic goals this semester. I can present the materials all I want, but until she sees the need for it, it dosen't matter. Today she saw a need for it!!

DJ's math goal is to master his division and multiplication facts.

DJ was breezing through this work, making connections along the way. He said "this is fun" as he was recording the work on the recording sheet that came with download. You can find this fun fact family work here.

Janessa enjoyed this new math work I had available on the shelf.

Learning about Tally Marks. She did really well with this and repeated this work a lot today too.

I was expecting a different theme for today, but Math it was:)

  2. I just emailed you about my skip-counting game Speed! and now I see you have at least two blogs. If you have one looking to master multiplication I think this game will be a lot of fun.
